PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting/determining a trace amount of an antigen in blood sticking to fibers, to which dried blood sticks. SOLUTION: The fibers to which the dried blood sticks are dipped in a buffer solution, which is then recovered. Meanwhile, an oligonucleotide complex antibody having an antibody specifically bonding to an oligonucleotide chain as a label and the antigen, and containing a cleavage site, capable of cutting off the oligonucleotide chain, is brought into contact with the antigen in the recovered buffer solution to form an antigen-antibody complex. The oligonucleotide chain in the antigen-antibody complex is then cut off at the cleavage site, recovered, amplified, and detected. Furthermore, the antigen concentration in the blood can be determined through comparing it with a calibration curve prepared, by using the antigen at known concentrations.
