JOINING DEVICE USING RASER

摘要

A joining apparatus for tray is provided to improve the sealing efficiency by bonding a first material onto a second material using a rolling member pressing the first material onto the second material. A joining apparatus for tray comprises a laser tube(100) transforming electrical energy to laser, a laser head(105) delivering the laser created in the laser tube, a coupling member(110) which is mounted on the end part of the laser head and has an insertion hole on the end, and a rolling member(115) which is mounted to slide and rotate inside the insertion hole, partly protrudes from the coupling member and is penetrated by the laser. The rolling member bonds a first material(120) onto a second material(125) while rotating in contact with the second material. A bearing is equipped between the inside of the insertion groove and the rolling member.
