PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitor which exhibits a high strength against bending stress while reducing ESL of a decoupling circuit and obtaining a decoupling effect in a high-frequency region. SOLUTION: Several capacitor units 1 in each of which first internal electrodes 3 each having a first lead-out part 11 to the side surface of a laminate 4 and several second internal electrodes 4 each having a second lead-out part 12 are alternatively arranged through dielectric layers 9 in the laminate 4 which are composed of several stacked dielectric layers 9 are planarly arranged. The capacitor 10 is formed by planarly arranging several first terminal electrodes 3 and second terminal electrodes 2 of annular metal between the capacitor units 1 and connecting the first lead-out parts 11 by the first terminal electrodes 3 and connecting the second lead-out parts 12 by the second terminal electrodes 2. The capacitor 10 is connected with an IC chip by the first terminal electrodes 3 and the second terminal electrodes 2 which are made of metal in an annular shape, so that a strength against the bending stress can be obtained while keeping the ESL level low.
