PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of expanding an accuracy allowable range at an exposure position in a multiple-production process. SOLUTION: Electrode patterns of address electrodes 21 of a plasma display panel are formed to continue astride a plurality of panel regions 41. Then, out-of-region address electrodes 21A formed outside the respective panel regions 41 have large-width address electrode parts 21C formed by increasing line width relative to in-region address electrodes 21B formed inside the panel regions 41. Accordingly, when exposure is carried out by moving the exposure position from a first exposure region 42A to a second exposure region 42B, the electrodes can be formed to continue between the respective panel regions 41 because the line width of the large-width address electrode parts 21C is large even if the exposure position is slightly shifted, and the accuracy allowable range of the exposure position can be expanded as compared with the case where the line width of the out-of-region address electrodes 21A is not increased.
