PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge case to which a security tag is reliably fixed while improving the manufacturing efficiency. SOLUTION: The cartridge case includes: a case body 2 which has a lower case 11 and an upper case 12 engageable with each other and forms a flat rectangular parallelepiped when both cases 11 and 12 are engaged with each other; a tape reel 3 rotatably housed in a housing portion of the case body 2; and a security tag 9 provided in a sectional region A14 at a corner portion C14 of the case body 2. The security tag 9 is provided in the sectional region A14 while being attached to a holder 10 whose movement is limited by abutting on a bottom plate 11a, a top plate 12a, a side plate 11d and a sectional plate 11i of the case body 2.
