<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely correspond to production of the image processing data of objects to be photographed which have various shapes, and to stably secure accuracy of the image processing data by compensating influence of dimensional accuracy of the sample article of the object to be photographed. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of sample articles relating to identically standardized electronic components (objects to be photographed) are photographed by a camera to obtain a plurality of sample images, and a plurality of these sample images are composed to make a composite image. At this time, luminance of each pixel (i, j) in a plurality of the sample images is integrated for every pixel (i, j) to find average luminance of each pixel (i, j) by dividing the integrated value of the luminance by total numbers of pixels, the average luminance is used as the luminance of each pixel (i, j) of the composite image, and the image processing data is produced from this composite image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
