PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the reduction in throughput of an entire network by simultaneously performing beam forming in a plurality of terminals in parallel. SOLUTION: A first communication device includes a training signal transmission means which transmits a training signal by multicast or broadcast in order to make a plurality of other communication devices simultaneously perform beam forming in parallel. Each of the plurality of other communication devices includes a training signal reception means, a calculation means, and a beam forming means. The training signal reception means receives the training signal. The calculation means calculates a correction amount of beam forming from the received training signal. The beam forming means performs beam forming of a signal to be transmitted by itself, in accordance with the calculated correction amount.
