<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coal gasification facility capable of preventing the deposition of carbon, and a method for the surface-treatment of a coal gasification facility. <P>SOLUTION: The coal gasification facility is provided with a gasification furnace to produce gasified coal gas by the reaction of coal and oxygen and a gas cooling device having a cooling pipe 6 for circulating a thermal medium to cool the gasified coal gas. A silicon-containing coating layer is formed on the surface of the cooling pipe 6 contacting with the gasified coal gas, a first titanium-containing coating layer is formed on the silicon-containing coating layer, a carbon layer 40 is formed on the titanium-containing coating layer, a second titanium-containing coating layer is formed on the carbon layer 40, the gasification furnace is operated to produce gasified coal gas, and these layers are heated and oxidized by the heat of the gasified coal gas to form a silicon oxide layer 20, the first titanium oxide layer 30 and the second titanium oxide layer 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
