PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily increase the sealing effect of a cartridge for purifying water, with respect to a cartridge fitting part of a water purifier and to prevent destruction of sealing due to foreign matters, by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The cartridge 1 for purifying water is used in the water purifier 50 composed of a raw water storage part 51, the cartridge 1 for purifying water and a purified water storage part 52, and provided with: a water introduction port 17 through which raw water is introduced from the raw water storage part 51; a water purification part 4 for purifying the introduced raw water; and a discharge port 9 through which the purified water is discharged into the purified water storage part 52, wherein an elastic deformable projected part 26 is provided projectingly on the outer periphery of the opposed surface of a cartridge casing 7 to the sidewall surface of the cartridge fitting part 62.
