PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly notify a desired client of updated information when content of a server is updated. SOLUTION: The network system has a content server 10 with a content storage part 11, and a plurality of nodes 30, 30 .... Each node 30 includes: a P2P communication part 37; a server communication part 31 which updates content of the content storage part 11 to acquire desired content from the content storage part 11; and a content storage part 35 which stores the acquired content. When the content of the content storage part 11 is updated, when the content of the content server 10 is updated, each node 30, 30, ... shares the updated information by peer to peer communication.
