A writing instrument having a sheet is provided to offer easy production property and sale promotion function without using an opening or a unit for drawing out the sheet and a main body forming the opening part. A writing instrument includes a sheet(200) winded on a main body of the writing instrument and an outer side of a core. The sheet is winded and form an outer surface by inserting the main body and a core(110) into a middle hole of the winded sheet. An adhesive(G) is coated on the sheet partly to intensify unity force of the sheet. The bottom of the sheet is form of a conical cone. |
