PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for easily removing a seat without using a tool or the like. SOLUTION: This seat removing mechanism can freely rotate relative to a base member for mounting a seat with an end of a seat bottom located thereon as a fulcrum. A hinge comprises one blade 30 to which a hinge shaft 32 is fixed, and the other blade 31 on which a hinge shaft hole 33 insertable in the hinge shaft 32 is formed. The blades 30, 31 are mounted to the base member 20 and a seat 10, and the hinge shaft 32 of the blade 30 is fitted and inserted in the hinge shaft hole 33 of the blade 31 so as to rotatably joint the seat to the base member.
