<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white sauce containing ingredients having less variations in the amount of ingredients charged, as well as, tasting pleasant in the mouth. <P>SOLUTION: The white sauce containing ingredients includes pulverized egg shells having an average particle diameter of 1 μm or smaller.
