摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering angle correction device, capable of providing micro-coefficients, in such a way that the differential coefficients for the corrected steering angle are continuous at both ends of a dead zone. SOLUTION: Points A<SB>L</SB>-A<SB>R</SB>of a predetermined size, having different±signs, are set on the abscissa axis around an origin O as a first steering angle section R<SB>1</SB>(dead zone). In a positive side second steering angle section R<SB>2R</SB>on the plus side outer side of the first steering section R<SB>1</SB>, a straight line I<SB>R</SB>is set to start from a point B<SB>R</SB>slightly rightward above the point A<SB>R</SB>to have one-to-one relation between variation of a steering angleθand variation of a corrected steering angleθ', which means the gradient is +1. In the middle between the point A<SB>R</SB>and the point B<SB>R</SB>, a predetermined point C<SB>R</SB>withθ' positive is set leftward of a line extended from the straight line I<SB>R</SB>over the point B<SB>R</SB>toward the abscissa axis, and below a straight line connecting the point A<SB>R</SB>to the point B<SB>R</SB>. Spline interpolation is thus carried out to form a line through the points A<SB>R</SB>, C<SB>R</SB>, and B<SB>R</SB>, to be straight at both ends. Similarly, in a negative side second steering angle section R<SB>2L</SB>on the outer side of the first steering angle section R<SB>1</SB>, a point-symmetric line is set with the origin O as a center.
