PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor wherein two capacitors can be formed and generation of crosstalk can be suppressed while achieving miniaturization. SOLUTION: First and second inner electrodes 21 and 31 have no overlapping area therebetween when seen in the opposing direction of first and second main faces and are arranged at respective positions different from each other in the opposing direction of the first and second main faces 4 and 5 and in the opposing direction of first and second side faces. Third and fourth inner electrodes 25 and 35 have no overlapping area therebetween when seen in the opposing direction of the first and second main faces and are arranged at respective positions different from each other in the opposing direction of the first and second main faces and in the opposing direction of the first and second side faces 4 and 5. The first and third inner electrodes 21 and 25 have an overlapping area therebetween when seen in the opposing direction of the first and second main faces.
