PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when a screw cap tightly screwed on a PET bottle cannot easily opened by aged persons and children with weak muscle force and persons with the disabled fingertip. SOLUTION: Finger parts 4 are extendedly provided at one to several positions on the outer periphery of a body 1 consisting of a disc-like rigid plate with a thickness of 2-4 mm, and a round hole 2 with an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of a screw type cap of the PET bottle is made at the central part of the plate. Non-skid parts 3 corresponding to the knurling part of the cap are partly intermittently provided at three positions on the inner peripheral face of this round hole 2, and these parts coincide with the knurling part of the cap. In addition, these parts bite into the knurling part by pressing, and do not skid on not only a usual cap but also a used cap, and by operating the finger parts, the cap can be opened by simply turning it with a light force based on action of a principle of a lever.
