PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the strength of a resin load transfer body. SOLUTION: The vehicle structure is provided with seat rods arranged on right and left seats of a vehicle to extend in a vehicular width direction and the load transfer body arranged on a vehicular floor between the seat rods of the right and left seats and receives a collision load from a vehicular side direction by the load transfer body via a seat rod of a seat and transfers the collision load to a vehicular side wall at an opposite side of a collision portion via a seat rod of the other seat from the load transfer body. The load transfer body is provided with right and left side walls 31 contacting with the right and left seat rods and a separation wall 33 extending in a vehicular width direction which is a wall material connected with the right and the left walls 31 constituted to separate a space between the side walls into a large number of spaces.
