PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of controlling a reader/writer function.

SOLUTION: The information processing device having a reader/writer function includes a storage part which includes a hierarchized storage area and in which first flag information indicative of being effective or not effective is stored in a storage area of the predetermined layer, and a reader/writer function control part for setting the reader/writer function that can access the storage area, to being effective or not effective according to the first flag information stored in the storage area of the predetermined layer. The reader/writer function control part controls the reader/writer function such that the storage area in which the first flag information indicative of being not effective is stored is not accessed from an outside noncontact communication device through noncontact communication using the reader/writer function.
