PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic motion control device adaptable to the expansion-contraction of oil due to variation in temperature without degrading the function of maintaining the motion stop state of an object to be controlled. SOLUTION: This hydraulic motion control device includes: a fifth compartment 25 capable of storing oil; a check valve 64 which is installed in a fifth passage 55 and which prevents the oil from flowing out of first to fourth compartments 21-24 into the fifth compartment 25 and allows the oil to flow out of the fifth compartment 25; and a third pressure valve 63 which is installed in a sixth passage 56, which prevents the oil from flowing out of the fifth compartment 25 into the first and third compartments 21, 23, which does not open unless receiving a pressure larger than the pressure at which the first and second pressure valves 61. 62 are opened, and when the valve is opened, allows the oil to flowing into the fifth compartment 25.
