PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for connecting a down pipe and a down pipe joint together, which facilitates an operation by enabling the down pipe and the down pipe joint to be surely connected together without use of an adhesive. SOLUTION: An inner holder 15, which is fixed to an other end 11b of a tubular member 11, is equipped with a ring portion 15a and a sleeve portion 15b which abuts on the inner surface 11c of the tubular member; and a first inclined face 15c is formed on the ring portion 15a. A fixing piece 16 for fixing the down pipe 14 to the tubular member 11 is formed in such a manner as to cover the first inclined face 15c, and an outer holder 17 is formed of a ring-shaped flange portion 17a and a sleeve portion 17b. The flange portion 17a is equipped with a second inclined face 17c, and a fixing portion 16a of the fixing piece 16 is pressure-bonded and surely fixed to the first and second inclined faces 15c and 17c. An outer peripheral edge 16c of the ring-shaped fixing portion 16a of the fixing piece 16 is protruded with respect to the ring portion 15a of the inner holder 15 and the flange portion 17a of the outer holder 17, and a plurality of triangular shapes S are formed at the outer peripheral edge 16c.
