PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent mainly composed of fatty acids as a detergent component and has excellent stability. SOLUTION: The detergent comprises 25 to 55 mass% of a 12-22C fatty acid and/or a salt thereof, in particular, a detergent including a large amount of stearic acid, added thereto 0.01 to 5 mass% of bittern and 0.1 to 5 mass% of sea water-dried product and having excellent stability has been given.
