The inventive method for producing combined microbiological fertilizer involves combining a microbiological component with a natural biocompatible carrier, wherein the inoculation material of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi is used as a part of the microbiological component, a defecated juice in the form of a filtration washing precipitate of the sugar beet processing is used as a natural biocompatible carrier and the microbiological component is combined with the natural biocompatible carrier in the rhizosphere of mycorrhizal plants cultivated on the defecated juice. Afterwards, the remaining parts of the microbiological component, in particular rhizobium and rhizobacteria pre-cultivated on liquid nutritional media, are added to the thus produced substrate.
