<p>A light emitting device is provided to ensure high efficiency, long lifespan and low dissipation by performing light emitting by using metal oxide nano particles and to be manufactured with a simple method such as spin coating and thermal curing process. A light emitting device(100) is formed with a thin film of a mixture(130) mixed with insulating polymer material and conductive polymer material and comprises a light emitting layer distributed with metal oxide nano particles(140) which are a light-emitting medium of a mixture thin film. The insulating polymer material is polyimide.</p> |
