PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the attenuation time of an output signal by reducing loop currents between switching elements in a switching operation in a semiconductor switching device in which switching elements are connected in parallel. SOLUTION: Resistance elements (23, 24) are inserted into wiring connecting each of the gate electrodes and source electrodes of a switching elements (18) arranged in parallel to a gate driving circuit. This gate resistance and source resistance are arranged at almost corresponding positions on the surface and backside of a substrate (29) for connection different from a substrate (17) on which the switching elements are mounted.
