The invention relates to an anti-virus/spam method in mobile radio networks containing convergent messaging services in which protocol data is transmitted. Said method is characterized in that in the protocol of the convergent messaging service, functions are established which allow information on viruses and/or spam to be exchanged between the network elements of one or various network operators. The aim of the invention is to devise a method for convergent messaging systems which allows information on viruses and spam to be exchanged beyond network and platform boundaries in order to prevent said viruses and spam from infesting the same. |
