An image forming apparatus and an image forming option setting method thereof are provided to display an image forming option for a manager, which is related to an image forming option selected by a user in a user mode, regardless of the hierarchy and category at the same time. An image forming option setting method comprises the following steps of: selecting a manager mode(S120); and displaying an image forming option for a manager mode, which is related to an image forming option displayed on a display unit when selecting the manger mode, on the display unit.
