PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper bag with the innermost layer made of a resin layer, which has a mouth part having easy peelable properties and capable of being easily unsealed after sealing and an overlapped glue part tightly glued to inhibit its unsealing as much as possible. SOLUTION: In the paper bag 20 having an overlapped glue part 21 and the innermost layer made of the resin layer, the resin layer is a resin film extrusion-manufactured and with easy peelable properties. In the resin film extrusion-manufactured and with the easy peelable properties, a part in the extrusion direction A is positioned at a mouth part 23 and a bottom part 22 of the paper bag, and parts in the directions B and C orthogonal to the extrusion direction are positioned at the barrel sticking part 21. The resin layers of the mouth part 23 and the bottom part 22 are heat-sealed each other and sealed in the direction orthogonal to the extrusion direction of the resin film 3, and the resin layers of the barrel sticking part 21 are heat-sealed each other and sealed in the direction parallel to the extrusion direction of the resin film 3.
