Disclosed herein are a heating process for a cylinder of a plastic processing machine and a device thereof. The device comprises heating rings and temperature sensors arranged along the axial direction on the cylinder, and the temperature sensors are connected with the CPU, which pre-stores the predetermined temperature value of each heating ring. The inner cavities of heating rings are connected with heating pipes, which are arranged on heating furnaces, through medium transportation pipes. Wherein, the medium transportation pipes are arranged with feeding pumps. Several flow-control valves, which are connected with the output of the CPU, are mounted on the fuel input pipes of the heating furnaces. The temperature controlling is achieved by controlling the fuel input of the heating furnace. |
