摘要 A lighting device, a color conversion device, and a display device are provided to improve luminance and photonic efficiency by inducing an excitation light from a light emitting device to a phosphor layer through an optical wavelength selection filter layer. A lighting device(1) includes a transparent substrate(23), a phosphor layer(22), an optical wavelength selection filter layer(24), and a light emitting device. The transparent substrate includes a first surface(23a) and a second surface(23b). The phosphor layer is formed on the first surface. The optical wavelength selection filter layer is formed on the second surface. The optical wavelength selection filter layer transmits a light of a first wavelength. The optical wavelength selection filter layer reflects a light of a second wavelength emitted from the phosphor layer. The light emitting device emits a light of the first wavelength toward the optical wavelength selection filter layer. The light emitting device is a blue light emitting diode(10).
