PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange iron core materials which form inside and outside reinforcing frames of an wound core on inner and outer peripheral surfaces of the wound core without the need of labor. SOLUTION: A wound core manufacturing facility includes: a hoop material formed by winding an iron core material forming the wound core; a hoop material formed by winding the iron core material forming the inside and outside reinforcing frames to be disposed on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces out of the wound cores; a cutting device which cuts the iron core material rewound from each hoop material to a preset length; and a plate winding device which manufactures the wound core by sequentially winding the iron core material cut by the cutting device to the predetermined length. The wound core manufacturing facility further includes, between each of the hoop materials and cutting device: a first supply unit which supplies the iron core material forming the wound core to the cutting device side; a second supply unit which supplies the iron core material forming the inside and outside reinforcing frames to the cutting device side; and a switching means of alternatively changing the iron core materials to be supplied to the cutting device side.
