PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of effectively heating an object to be heated placed on a bottom surface/placing base of a heating chamber, and a heating plate. SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: the heating chamber for placing the object to be heated on the bottom surface/placing base; the heating plate for placing the object separate from the above the object on its upper surface; a high frequency supply means 40 generating microwaves; an antenna 43 radiating the microwaves generated by the high frequency supply means 40; an operation part 23 receiving information related to a heating process for the object; and a control means 160 controlling the heating process for the object based on the information related to the heating process from the operation part 23. The control means 160 controls the orientation of a part strong in radiation directivity of the antenna 43 based on the information received by the operation part 23, and related to the heating process for a first object to be heated placed on the bottom surface/placing base 11a of the heating chamber, and a second object to be heated placed on the heating plate 30.
