A method for controlling noise of optical pick-up and device using the same are provided to measure noises generated by the internal factor and external factor in a real time and control the noise efficiently. A method for controlling noise of optical pick-up comprises: a step(S415) of measuring noise from GND shift of heat-proof cover; a step(S420) of determining whether the deduction value is under the threshold value; a step(S430) of calculating RC filtering value for removing the noise if the deduction value is under the threshold value; and a step(S435) of practicing the RC filtering value in the optical pick-up device.
