A pedal assembly of a construction device is provided to adjust the length of the pedal relative to the physical condition of an operator. A pedal assembly of a construction device comprises: a pedal fixing part(10) in which a motion groove(12a) and a plurality of fixing grooves(12b) are formed front and back; a pedal moving part(20) moving front and back to the pedal fixing part in which a hinge shaft(30) is connected to one side. The lower side of the pedal fixing part is connected to a car body. The pedal moving part rotates to the pedal fixing part based on the hinge shaft. The pedal fixing part is located at regular intervals along the motion groove. One among a plurality of fixing grooves is inserted into the one selected from the hinge shaft and pedal moving part. The pedal moving part moves relative to the motion groove.
