PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of stably and exactly securing registration accuracy in a conveying direction between an image and a sheet, in registration correction technique to attain exact timing with the sheet by forming a toner mark on an image conveying belt for the purpose of edge registration.
