PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise while considering a state of peculiar flow of a cross-flow fan. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner comprising the cross-flow fan 8 having a plurality of cross-flow fan blades in an indoor unit, a first irregularity is continuously formed in the direction of a rotating shaft of the cross-flow fan 8 at a rotating direction side of the cross-flow fan 8, of a cross section vertical to a camber line of the blades of the cross-flow fan 8 at an outer diameter side of the cross-flow fan 8, a second irregularity is continuously formed in the direction of the rotating shaft of the cross-flow fan at an anti-rotating direction side of the cross-flow fan 8 of the cross section vertical to the camber line of the blades of the cross-flow fan 8 at the outer diameter side of the cross-flow fan 8, and the difference in height of the first irregularity is smaller than that of the second irregularity. As the blades of the cross-flow fan 8 have the optimum shape having the irregularity continued in the rotating shaft direction, the blades can be in conformity to the reversed flow of the cross-flow fan 8, and noise can be reduced.
