PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle lower part structure that protects vehicular parts from an obstacle on a road surface and reduces an impact reaction force given to a pedestrian or the like when a vehicle collides with the pedestrian or the like. SOLUTION: A radiator support lower cross 14 of the vehicle front side and a suspension member front cross 20 of the vehicle rear aide are arranged in the vehicle front portion 10. A mounting portion 16A of the rear end side of a bumper lower absorber 16 is joined to the front end flange portion 14A of the radiator support lower cross 14. A mounting portion 22A of the rear end side of a bracket 22 for preventing interference with the road surface is joined to the lower surface part 20A of the suspension member front cross 20 in a cantilever supported state. The front end portion 22C of the bracket 22 for preventing interference with the road surface is extended up to below the radiator support lower cross 14 spaced from the radiator support lower cross 14.
