The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with culinary salt and bay leaf under oxygen-free conditions. Prepared mixture and fish broth are packed, sealed and sterilised. ^ EFFECT: this serves to extend and diversify the range of methods and foodstuff used for production of new preserves for space meals with improved digestibility from 5,2105 to 6,0105 comparing with similar dish. |
