摘要 A method for controlling driving of a moving robot and a moving robot using the same are provided to shorten cleaning time by monitoring continuously whether a moving robot is deviated from a moving route in the course of travelling. A method for controlling driving of a moving robot comprises a step of setting up the moving direction and the moving path of a moving robot at the first position(S110); a step of calculating a signal reaching distance according to each of sensors using a signal transmitted or received by each of sensors at the first and second position(S130); and a step of determining whether the moving direction of the moving robot is altered using the difference of the signal reaching distance according to each of sensors at the first position and the difference of the signal reaching distance according to each of sensors at the second position.
