FIELD: tobacco industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: under the proposed reconstituted tobacco production method grape marc is extracted with liquid carbon dioxide to isolate the respective miscella. Tobacco material is mixed with a non-polar liquefied gas, extracted and crushed with the pressure in the extraction mixture bulk periodically relieved to be below the extractant saturated vapour pressure at extraction temperature. The miscella and meal are separated. The respective extract is isolated from the miscella. The meal is suspended in water solution of an edible polybasic acid supersalt. Potable polyatomic alcohol is added to the suspension. Then the suspension is moulded, dried for residual moisture content to be 13-15% and cut. The material having been cut is imbued with gas-liquid tobacco extract and the isolated CO2-miscella under increasing pressure. After that depressurisation is done to the atmospheric pressure level combined with the absorbed carbon dioxide freezing. Finally, sublimation yields the target product. ^ EFFECT: invention enables reduction of the technological process duration and production of reconstituted tobacco characterised by improved organoleptical properties. |
