PURPOSE:To reduce the dissipation of heat from a bath employed in an externally fired bath or the like by a structure wherein a unidirectional shut-off valve, which prohibits the convection action of hot water simultaneous with the stoppage of heat source, is attached. CONSTITUTION:When a heater 4 is heated by heat source 3 under the condition that water 2 is filled in a bathtub 1, the temperature of the water 2 is raised by the convection action flowing in the direction indicated with the arrow 5. When the heat source 3 is stopped, the heat in the water 2 starts to be dissipated from the heater 4. At this time, the temperature of the water 2 is lowered by the convection action of the water 2 flowing in the direction indicated with the arrow 6. Accordingly, the heat dissipation from the heater 4 is stopped with the stoppage of the movement of water in the direction indicated with the arrow 6 by providing a valve 7, which does not allow the water to move in the direction indicated with the arrow 6 but allows the water to move in the direction indicated with the arrow 5. |
