<p>When it is judged that the size of a band of a wireless IP network (10A) is insufficient for transferring IP packets within a predetermined period of time, a band calculating unit (107C) calculates a band of a wireless IP network (10B) that enables transmission of remaining IP packets excluding those transmittable via the wireless IP network (10A). Based on a judgment on whether or not an IP packet is dwelling in the wireless IP network (10B) based on a displacement of the sequence number of the IP packet calculated by a displacement calculating unit (107D), a transmission band of the wireless IP network (10B) is determined.</p> |
