The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a device for correction of bone and joint deformations, which comprises supports with placed on them transbone fixators, threaded bars, repositional units. The base repositional unit consists of three-link hinged mechanism, one link of which is made as a threaded bar and two other - as bilateral semihinged corbels, which contain cylindrical parts, which serve as pivot pins for two hinges, made as C-shaped slats, at that the pivot pins of three hinges in repositional units intersect in one point. The threaded bars are located between the repositional units and connected by a tensioning-turning mechanism, which consists of two telescopically connected sockets with the differently directed thread and through transversal openings in which a nail is placed. |
