The system has a control element working together with a mixing unit, where mixing proportion of air quantity of temperatures is changeable by the control element. A mixing chamber of the mixing unit exhibits inlets for the air quantity of the temperatures and an outlet for the air mixture. A control member is designed as a partially-cylindrical shaped mixing valve (6) whose wall is closed in a region of the mixing chamber. The mixing valve is rotatable around a rotation axis, and the inlets and outlet are lockable by the mixing valve.
