A gear-box valve body is provided to prevent the shimmy through the viscosity of the electro-rheological fluid is sustained high in the normal times, but lowering the viscosity in the designated speed region. A gear-box valve body(10) comprises the torsion bar(30), mounted inside the inner shaft(20) of hollow; the outer sleeve(60) mounted on the pinion gear(50); the pin(42) binding the outer sleeve in the outer circumference of the inner shaft; the accommodation space of the predetermined formed in the lower part of torsion bar; and the operating unit(70) formed in the accommodation space. The inner shaft of hollow is combined with the torsion bar and pin(40), the electro-rheological fluid is filled in the operating unit.
