FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to medicine, namely, to traumatology and orthopedics. Fascial capsula of Achilles tendon is incised 0.5-1 cm longwise. Achilles tendon is exposed subfascially. It is sutured transcutaneously with fold-in-two thread forming a coupled loop on the one side, a loop and loose ends of the thread on the other side. Loose ends of the thread are passed through the loop. They are passed transcutaneously above the tendon. They are passed through the coupled loop, pulled by loose end of the thread on the one side and by the loop on the other side forming subcutaneous tendinous loop. Achilles tendon is cut subfascially between the exit points of the thread from proximal and distal parts of the Achilles tendon. Physiological tension of the gastrocnemius muscle is restored shortening distasis between the ends of Achilles tendon. ^ EFFECT: method prevents development of degenerative changes in the tendon. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex |
