FIELD: blasting operations. ^ SUBSTANCE: explosive energy accumulation station includes -n- of elementary units that are interconnected by means of a common accumulation tank connected to a consumer through a reducing valve. An elementary unit is a round or rectangular metal pipe with a cross wall dividing it into two different chambers, accumulation chamber (1) installed horizontally and discharge one (2) installed at an angle to the horizontal with check valves (5) mounted in cross wall (4) so as to ensure that compressed air can only be supplied from discharge chamber (1) to accumulation one (1). Discharge chamber (2) includes piston (3) that makes it possible to move across the chamber by means of rollers (6); charging device (10) mounted at the bottom of the discharge chamber; motion sensor (14) mounted on cross wall (4), signals of which activate electric valve (8) installed on the outside of the discharge chamber in order to pass ambient air; and pressure sensor (15) mounted at the bottom of the discharge chamber, signals of which activate electric valve (9) also mounted at the chamber bottom in order to pass residual gas after explosion. Accumulation chamber (1) and the charging area of discharge chamber (2) are interconnected by means of compressed air pipe (11) with electric valve (12) installed in the accumulation chamber to control the amount of compressed air and activated by signals from pressure sensor (15) mounted at the bottom of the discharge chamber. ^ EFFECT: utilisation of explosive energy for continuous use. ^ 3 dwg |
