The invention relates to an injection moulding die 1 for producing a moulded product 2 having an outer visible surface free from defects such as flow marks or the like. The die comprises a movable die member 4 having a moulded product's outer surface 2a forming portion 4a and a fixed die member having a moulded product's rear 2b forming portion 6a. The fixed die member 6 includes at least one hot runner 8, at least one direct valve gate 7 directly opening from the fixed die member to a cavity 3 formed by the dies. The at least one gate is disposed in the moulded product's rear surface forming portion. The movable die member or each of the movable die member and the fixed die member are integrally provided with a protrusion 10a, 10b such that an insert will not be needed. Later embodiments relate to an injection moulding method and a resin moulded product formed using said dies. |
