FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to the field of machine building and may be used in manufacture of box launch pipes from polymer composite material of polygonal section for rockets with empennage. Method and device for manufacture of polyhedral pipe include installation of material layers on holder and their winding with thermosetting material. Then sticking boards are installed on pipe face and are wound with the seconf layer of thermosetting material. At that sticking boards are arranged with T-shaped section. Height of rib in every sticking board defines direction of the second layer thermosetting forces action and effort pressing sticking boards, and also ratio of contact pressure in pipe faces in material layers during thermal treatment. ^ EFFECT: increased manufacturability and reliability of polyhedral launch pipes operation. ^ 4 cl, 3 dwg
