TWO HIGH STAND OF MILL OF SCREW ROLLING WITH CLOSED TYPE SHOE

FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to rolling mills and is intended to improve design of two high stands of mills of screw rolling with closed type shoe for fabricating tubes and round rolled metal. The stand consists of a closed type shoe mounted on a base plate; the shoe bears two cassettes with working rollers and guiding elements made in form of bars, or rolls, or disks. Two receiving racks with guides are rigidly secured to the shoe or to the base plate. Two axes roller carriage with U-shaped claws pivotally connected to the rod of the power cylinder assembled in the shoe is installed on each of the guides. Each cassette is made with an ear interacting with U-shaped claw of the roller carriage at transfer reloading by means of a connecting facility. ^ EFFECT: reduced losses of operation time for replacement of worn working rollers with new ones due to possibility of simultaneous replacement of two cassettes with working rollers; also increased year output of production. ^ 2 cl, 5 dwg
