<p>The method involves detecting a temperature (T) of an electric motor (EM) as a parameter, and considering a topographic parameter and/or environmental parameter and/or vehicle parameter such as loading condition (B) of the vehicle detected by manual entry and/or slope (N) of the vehicle in a longitudinal direction detected by a slope sensor and/or battery charging condition (BLZ), as another parameter. An optimal operating condition is determined by a control unit (SE) based on a torque demand at a drive chain of a vehicle and by consideration of the detected parameters.</p> |
